The Family Court in Las Vegas requires any person going before that court must complete a Mandatory Seminar for Separating Parents, sometimes called COPE Classes or “Helping Children COPE with Divorce.” Local Rule 5.07 of the Eighth Judicial Court.
This is a 3-hour educational program held at various locations and time throughout the city. Please link to the calendar below for times, dates and locations. Upon completion you will receive a certificate which must be filed with the court.
